Our olive oil is produced in limited quantities from Kalamata and Koroneiki olives grown around Villa Kerkyra — far from roads and polluted areas, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, making it a truly eco-friendly product.
The harvest is hand-picked, and within no more than 8 hours the olives go through a cold-press process, preserving the full spectrum of nutrients and fresh flavor. The oil is rich in natural antioxidants, as confirmed by chemical analysis. Each bottle is hand-signed and carefully packaged, reflecting our dedication to quality and love for what we do.
