November 22, 12:00-18:00: A culinary day “The World of Spices”
The art of slow cooking and the poetry of aromas. We will combine different spices, cook Indian curry and dishes in a traditional Moroccan tajine and we will learn how to bake warm flatbreads in the wood-fired oven, brushing them with the freshly harvested house oil and will take it home.
We will stuff dates and enjoy them with a cardamon and hibiscus tea and stories of distant lands by the fireplace.
Coriander, cumin, turmeric — a palette of warmth and colour under the lids. Every moment steeped in patience and care. Warmth that travels from far away to our table.
November 29, 12:00-18:00: A culinary day “Cozy Kitchen”
The taste of home and quiet evenings. Preparing for the upcoming festive season — gently, with comfort and care. We will roast a crusty duck with apples, bake soft cinnamon rolls to take home, enjoy a glass of bubbles or a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace.
Candlelight, music, conversation, and the scent of baked dough and upcoming Christmas time. Everything that makes November feel like home.
