Our olive oil is produced in limited quantities from Kalamata and Koroneiki olives grown around Villa Kerkyra — far from roads and polluted areas, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, making it a truly eco-friendly product.

The harvest is hand-picked, and within no more than 8 hours the olives go through a cold-press process, preserving the full spectrum of nutrients and fresh flavor. The oil is rich in natural antioxidants, as confirmed by chemical analysis.

Each bottle is hand-signed and carefully packaged, reflecting our dedication to quality and love for what we do.

Delivery

At this time, we are able to ship our olive oil to Cyprus and Ukraine only. We are actively exploring international shipping options, though we do not yet have confirmed timelines. Thank you for being part of our harvest—shipping begins in early December.
